Galaxy Hotel - Argostoli (Kefalonia)

Breakfast had lots of delicious Greek options.

Its service was exceptional.

everyone is pretty friendly and host too.

I had a lovely 5-night stay. The pool area was immaculate. Staff provided excellent service. The landscaped grounds were beautiful and accessible. Restaurant options nearby were good 🌞

Excellent service and the food is appetising.

The location of the hotel was good enough. Only 5 min from the city of Argostoli by car. That was the only good thing I have to say.

First of all, the first floor of the hotel had a weird smell.. Luckily enough, the room itself wasn't smelly at all. The room did not have a fridge which is quite inexcusable to be honest, especially during the middle of the summer. The hotel rooms (and the hotel itself) were old, the beds were too small to fit. The breakfast wasn't too bad but don't expect anything special. To sum up the hotel was way overpriced for what it offered. I would definitely select to go to different hotel next time.

Incredibly comfortable bed, but the shower lacked a curtain which caused water issues.

Very friendly staff, place clean and tidy, good size swimming pool, beautifull surroundings, small beach just across the street

Some window/door locks to the balcony need tightening, an exterior white repaint on some areas would make it more attractive for the first look

It was in a very nice location with a fantastic view. The pool was OK. Mr Yiannis was very helpful.

The hotel grounds were beautifully landscaped, with easy accessibility for seniors like me. I particularly enjoyed the pool area, immaculate and inviting, perfect for relaxation. The staff were always attentive....  

The breakfast with biscuits was sensational.

The galaxy hotel is in a nice, quiet location close to two lovely restaurants by the sea. The pool area is fantastic for relaxation, and the staff are helpful. They were great too ensure my comfort ....  

Incredibly nice and exceptionally kind staff, everything was good.

The beautifully landscaped grounds offered a great atmosphere, and the immaculate pool provided a perfect spot to unwind. Friendly staff always made sure I felt welcomed. The only downside was the small bathroom. It was a good experience.
